Most cancellations can be done within 1-2 hours of ordering (although please note even within this time frame it may not always be possible). If this time frame has passed and your order has been processed, once you receive it you can return it to us for a refund.

Returns for Unused Items
If you purchased the product but haven’t opened or used it, you may return it within 60 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
